verifying completion of the required training in their possession.
*Restoration is to be in accordance with City codes and Standards. All street -cut trench work shall be
patched with asphalt or City approved material prior to the end of the workday — NO EXCEPTIONS.

WITHOUT CREATING GLARE FOR ONCOMING MOTORISTS,
YET WILL MEET THE MOBILITY REQUIREMENTS OF THE
OPERATION. THE LIGHTING STATIONS SHALL BE
LOCATED ON THE SAME SIDE OF THE ROADWAY AS
THE FLAGGER AND AIMED EITHER PARALLEL OF
PERPENDICULAR TO THE TRAVELED LANES TO MINIMIZE
GLARE. THE LIGHTING DEVICES SHALL BE LOCATED 5
TO 10 FEET FROM THE EDGE OF TRAVEL LANE WITH A
MOUNTING HEIGHT OF 15 - 25 FEET ABOVE THE
GROUND. THE FLAGGER SHOULD BE VISIBLE AND
DISCERNABLE AS A FLAGGER FROM A DISTANCE OF
