Owner: Hamm In reviewing the above noted application for an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU), the Engineering Division has the following comments: 1.Please indicate the location and dimensions of parking space dedicated for use by the ADU. If the onsite turnaround is proposed for parking, it shall be of sufficient size to permit the simultaneous use of parking and turning, eg, minimum 18.5 ft wide x 16.5 ft deep. If additional paving is required to accomplish this, please note the extents of said paving on the site plan. 2.Note: If any plumbing work requires alterations to the exterior side sewer or water service lines, please note accordingly on the site plan when the building permit is applied for.
