TRIEU SFR AT 7109 LAKE BALLINGER WAY
Hi Mel,
I have reviewed the revision to the building permit for the Trieu SFR for the Planning Division. I
have a couple comments:
Structural lot coverage: On the site plan, please update the 'footprint' value and lot
coverage percentage to reflect the elimination of the 52sf sunroom structure.
2. Height calculations: Because a new porch is proposed off the northern fagade, the
height calculation rectangle needs to be adjusted slightly to enclose it. I'm not sure if
moving the two northern height corners out a few feet will change each elevation but
if does, please update the height calculations on both the site plan and elevation
drawing (Sheet 7) to reflect any changes.
