ACCESSORY STRUCTURE (CABANA) AT 509 9T" AVENUE NORTH
Dear Eric,
I have reviewed the revision to the above building permit application for the Planning Division. Before I can
sign off on the permit, however, the following information needs to be clarified in a written response and on
updated plan sheets:
1. Height calculations: Because an additional portion of the cabana will now be covered by roof, that
portion of the structure must now be included in the height calculations. Please update the
approved plot•plan (June 14, 2012) to show the new locations of height corners C and D. Perform
updated average original grade and proposed height calculations using the new elevations for
points C and D and show the new average original grade, proposed height and maximum allowable
height (15' maximum above average original grade for detached accessory structures) on the
updated elevation drawings submitted March 19, 2013.

Please submit three copies of your updated site plan (one being reduced size of 11 x17 or smaller) and
two sets of any updated sheets of the building plans. Please make all submittals to a Permit Coordinator,
