1. Asphalt final restoration needs to be completed, incorporating all utility work driveway
approach and replacement of the asphalt berm along the subject property. The limits to be
replaced have been discussed on the field.
2. A compaction report will need to be submitted for the asphalt restoration.
3. Catch basin socks are to be removed once asphalt has been placed.
4. Remove Honey bucket from the right of way (prior to final).
5. Shoulder of the right of way needs to be compost amended and re-established as vegetation.
6. Sewer lateral cleanout (6" cleanout) at the property line needs to be installed per city detail E6.2.
7. Sewer lateral connection needs to be TV'd by Sewer Division crew to confirm connection is
good.
8. Mail box needs to be installed.
9. Provide fire and aid address signage.
10. Construction material along the south side of the home needs to be removed or orderly
stacked/arranged.
11. Silt fence to be removed from eastern property line.
12. Straw wattle to be removed along east property line.
13. Stone placed within the wet lands needs to be removed.
14. Filter fabric needs to be cut away from the dispersion trench.
15. Yard drains and catch basins need to be cleaned.
16. Need to reduce fence heights. Fences are not to exceed 6' in height or 4'in height built over
retaining walls.
17. All exposed soils need to be compost amended and vegetated.
18. Need to address all issues raised by Planning Division within the email sent 10/3/17.
19. A revision needs to be submitted for completed work beyond that of the approved plans, per
Planning Division.
20. An as -built will need to be submitted.
