Eric,
When you were in our office on December 8th, we discussed what type of traffic would be generated by the dance
academy. I have discussed this with Bertrand Hauss, PE, the city's traffic engineer. It was determined that the previous
use was Shopping Center. The new use would be closest to High School. The rate for High School is less than the rate
for Shopping Center therefore payment of a traffic impact fee is not required.
