being reviewed by City of Edmonds Storm Water Engineer, Don Fiene – Any comments will
follow.
Previous Comment:
Please submit the drainage report from the original construction of the three
homes, 1312, 1314, and 1316 12th Ave N. If you do not have the report the engineer that completed
the Development plan was Lovell-Sauerland and Associates. They might have the drainage report.
If the original engineering calculations are unavailable, then the capacity of the system will have to
be recalculated by a licensed engineer.
5/22/08 – Comment was addressed on the large scale drawing, but needs to be added to the

reduced site plan
Previous Comment:
On the site plan please show the impervious surface designed for the
detention system as well as any additions completed after the existing system was installed so it can

4)Provide a driveway profile of the centerline of the proposed driveway. Maximum slope of
driveway can not exceed 14%. Please explain how the cross slopes of the new and existing
driveway are to meet. Cross slopes can not exceed 4% on the new driveway.

5)It is not possible forthe existing driweay to be sloped as the contours are showing. Please
revise contours on site plan as required.

6) The impervious surface of the addition appears larger than what was indicated. Please
revise the impervious surface calculations to include the roof overhang of the addition.
Please resubmit three copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator. You
may contact me at 425-771-0220 if you have specific questions regarding these plan corrections.
