It appears that the drawing is not drawn to scale. a. both the original and existing contours on plans b. missing section A-A and B-B c. It also appears that the drawing is not drawn to scale – Please verify the scale used. 3)OK DATE emailed 7/7/08 1 BLD20080053 4) 5/22/08 - Provide a driveway profile of the centerline of the proposed driveway. Maximum slope of driveway can not exceed 14%. Please explain how the cross slopes of the new and existing driveway are to meet. Cross slopes can not exceed 4% on the new driveway. 7/07/08 – Section B-B was provided. However, specific elevations on the outside edges of the existing and new driveway sections were not provided. Please show elevations. It appears there is a drop of 2.5 feet or more on the north side of the driveway. Is a reataining wall proposed on the north side? 5) 5/22/08 – It is not possible forthe existing driweay to be sloped as the contours are showing. Please revise contours on site plan as required. 7/7/08 – Thank you for providing the existing and original contour plan. It appears as though a slope of no more than 15% can be achieved. Please note there is still a concern with regards to the north side of the driveway as noted above. 6)OK Please resubmit three copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator.
