Dear Mr. Soltner,
I have reviewed the May 7th resubmittal for the above -referenced building permit. Thank you
for clarifying my initial questions. Before I can sign off on the permit, however, one additional
point needs clarification:
1. Plot Plan Scale: The scale on the Plot Plan is shown at 1" = 20'. However, the
dimensions shown in some cases are not coming out at that scale. Please submit a
new Plot Plan accurately scaled to 1" = 20'.

Please submit three copies of your updated site plan (one being reduced size of 11 x17 or
smaller) and two sets of any updated sheets of the building plans. Please make all
submittals to a Permit Coordinator, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. If you
