N Dear Mr. Magnuson, I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division. Before I can sign off on the permit, however, the following information needs to be clarified in a written response: 1. Datum point: Please label the selected datum point and its elevation (actual or assumed) on the Site Plan. A water meter is identified but I'm not sure if that is what was used or not. 2. Covered patio: It appears that there may be a covered patio on the west side of the house. If that is still there, please show that on the Site Plan. That structure would have to be included in the structural lot coverage calculation. The height rectangle and calculations would also need to be updated on the Site Plan and the elevation drawings (Sheets 12 —16) to account for the structure. Please submit three copies of your updated site plan (one being reduced size of 11 x17 or smaller) and two sets of any updated sheets of the building plans.
