Thank you for submitting the updated site plan. However, before I can sign off on the permit the following information needs to be clarified in a written response: 1. Height calculations: On the plot plan, the `actual' height is shown as 118' while it is shown as 118.5' on the north elevation drawing. Please verify. Also, please include the lines of average grade, proposed, and maximum allowed heights on the north elevation drawing. 2. Structural lot coverage: Please revise the structural lot coverage calculations. According to ECDC 23.21.110, coverage means "the total ground coverage of all buildings or structures on a site measured from the outside of external walls or supporting members or from a point two and one-half feet in from the outside edge of a cantilevered roof, whichever covers the greatest area." Include a breakout of each structure as well as a total coverage calculation as a percentage of the total lot area. Please submit three copies of your updated site plan (one being reduced size of 11 x17 or smaller) and two sets of any updated sheets of the building plans.
