Before I can sign off on the permit, however, the following information needs to be clarified in a written response: 1. Reduced site plan: Please submit one reduced -size site plan (11 x 17) or smaller. 2. Datum: Please label the selected datum point and its elevation on the site plan. 3. Height rectangle: Please show the height rectangle used in the height calculations and label the corner elevations as appropriate. On the elevation drawings, show and label the lines of average original grade, proposed height, and maximum height allowed.
