Lot area: On the Site Plan, you've shown a gross lot area for Lot 1 to be 10,008sf and a net lot area of 7,737sf. The preliminary plat (S-08-41) showed Lot 1 with a gross area of 8,972sf and net of 8024.5sf. The net lot area for Lot 1 cannot be less than 8,000sf or a change to the short plat would need to be approved. Please verify. Please submit three copies of your updated site plan (one being reduced size of 11 x 17 or smaller) and two sets of any updated sheets of the building plans.
