Dear Mr. Echelbarger, I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division. Before I can sign off on the permit, however, the following information needs to be clarified in a written response: 1. Site Plan: The building plans appear to be `flipped' relative to the site plan. Please confirm. 2. South porch/patio: On the building plans, a concrete patio is shown off the south side of the house. However, on the site plan, the feature is described as a 15' x 13' porch. Please confirm. If it is a covered porch, please revise the height calculations to include the structure.
