ADDITION/VIOLATION AT 20411 MAPLEWOOD DRIVE
Dear Mr. Sitzmann,
I have again reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division. Before I can
sign off on the permit, however, the following information needs to be clarified in a written
response:
1. Height calculations: Please revise the height rectangle to enclose the entire house,
garage, and pool area —the entire structure must be included since the area of work is not
a stand-alone accessory structure. Update the height corner elevations and maximum
allowed height as appropriate and shown any changes on the site plan. Also, include an
elevation drawing with the lines of average grade, maximum allowed height, and actual
height as shown in Handout B61 (Attachment E). All handouts are available here:

Please submit three copies of your updated site plan (one being reduced size of 11 x 17 or
