Please add the top and bottom of wall elevations of all proposed walls tothe plot plan. b.The diagram within the Geo Group Northwest, Inc. letter indicates stairs adjacent to the proposed wall located near the front entry; however, these stairs are not indicated on the plot plan nor the building plans. Please indicate these stairs and the wall as necessary on all applicable project plans in order to clarify what exactly is proposed at the front entry. c.The proposed wall located near the front entry appears to exceed three feet in height over original grade, which requires this wall to comply with all applicable setback requirements. Please either reduce the height of this wall so that it does not exceed three feet in height over original grade at any point along the wall, or relocate the wall so that it complies with the 20-footstreet setback from the northern property line. d.The elevations of the tops of the two retaining walls running near the eastern side of the site are less than three feet over original grade for the majority of the lengths of these walls; however, the elevations of the tops of these two walls exceed three feet over original grade at the southernmost portions of these walls. In order for these walls to be allowed within the 15-footcritical areas building setback, they cannot exceed three feet in height as measured over original grade. Therefore, please either relocate the southern portions of these retaining walls and/or reduce the heights of the tops of these walls within the critical areas building setback area so that the portions of these walls within the setback area do not exceed three feet as measured over original grade. Please submit two copies of all revised building plan sheets and three copies of all revised site plan sheets (including one reduced copy). All submittals should be made to a Development Services Permit Coordinator, Monday through Friday,between8:00 am and4:30 pm. If you have any questions, feel freeto contact me at (425) 771-0220, ext. 1224.
