Dear Mr. Echelbarger,
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division. Before I can
sign off on the permit, however, the following information needs to be clarified in a written
response and on updated plans, as appropriate:
1. House height rectangle: The two southern corners of the height rectangle need to be
moved slightly to the south to enclose the exterior posts of the proposed entry/porch
on the addition. Please update the height calculations on Sheet A-1 and the lines of
average grade and maximum allowed height on Sheet A-6, as appropriate.
2. Reduced -size site plan: Please submit one scaled copy of the updated site plan at 11"
x 17" or smaller.

Please submit three copies of your updated site plan (one being reduced size of 11 x 17 or
smaller) and two sets of any updated sheets of the building plans. Please make all
submittals to a Permit Coordinator, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. If you
