Please see the below responses to the correction notice dated March 22, 2019 for 18909 Olympic View
Drive, plan check number BLD2019-0304.
Correction #1
There is a note on the plans that states "New downspout to directly connect to city stormwater
infrastructure in Olympic View Dr. per provided geotechnical report." The only mention of drainage I can
find in the geotechnical report says that perimeter drainage system is recommended etc. and should
gravity flow to a suitable storm system. Please show on the plans the location of the stormwater
connection, invert at proposed connection, call out pipe size and material. Sign and return the attached
ADU statement to Edmonds Development Services Department.

See revised sheet A2 noting that the new downspouts are to be directed to splash blocks and gravity
flow to the existing storm drainage system at Olympic View Dr.
Correction #2
Please submit a Side Sewer permit application and a Right of Way application signed by the contractor.
Response:
Completed Side Sewer permit application and Right of Way application have been submitted with the
permit revisions.
These items resolve the plan corrections for the project. Please let me know if you have any questions.
