This property known as the Waldron Place was purchased by my (the
applicant's) parents in April 1940. They tore down the existing house
and saved and reused the bricks to build a new house further back from
the road. It was completed around 1944. The address of that house is
15725-75t" PI. W. The unattached existing garage was then torn down
in 1944 and my dad built a new double -car garage with an apartment
above it. Finishing that around 1946. That apartment address is 15721-
75t" PI. W. Then around 1949, my parents started building the last
residence on the hill behind the first one. That address is 15729-75t" PI.
W. All the buildings were constructed prior to the present zoning
requirements. We would like to short plat to divide the property into
three separate parcels.
