Dear Applicant:
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division, and it was
found that the following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed
before review can continue:
Sign Size: The allowed area of each of the proposed wall signs is limited to one square foot
per lineal foot of attached wall adjacent to the associated tenant space. The plans from the
tenant improvement permit for AT&T (Permit No. BLD20130410) indicates that the
northern and southern sides of the tenant space are each 28.5 feet in length. This would
yield an allowed sign area of 28.5 square feet per proposed sign. Please modify the plans
and reduce the size of both proposed wall signs so that neither one exceeds 28.5 square feet
in size.
Please submit three copies of your revised plan sheets to a Development Services Permit
Coordinator. Our office hours are Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, between 8:00
am and 4:30 pm, and Wednesdays between 8:00 am and noon.
