Dear Ms. Shadyrya:
Thank you for responding to my initial comments of June 5. 1 have reviewed the resubmitted
material of July 2 but before I can sign off on the permit, I have one additional concern that
needs to be addressed:
Building height: Please confirm the height calculations shown on the Site Plan and the
Fines of average grade, actual proposed height, and maximum allowed height on Sheet
A09 of the building plans —there seems to be a slight discrepancy between the two.
Also on Sheet A09, please relabel 'average grade' to 'average original grade', 'actual
grade' to 'actual height' or 'proposed height', and 'allowable grade' to 'maximum
allowed height'.
Please redline the existing plan sheets or submit three copies of your updated site plan (one
being reduced size of 11 x 17 or smaller) and two sets of any updated sheets of the building
plans. Please make all submittals to a Permit Coordinator, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am
to 4:30 pm (8 am to 12 pm only on Wednesdays). If you have any questions, please contact
