Dear Ms. Shadyrya:
Thank you for responding to my second -round comments of July 2. If you would address one
additional concern, I would be most appreciative:
1. Datum point: Please select a different datum point as opposed to the existing main
floor elevation. A nearby fire hydrant, manhole cover, sewer rim, water meter or
similar feature would be fine. Using that point and its actual or assumed elevation,
recalculate the average original grade, proposed height, and maximum allowed height
on the Site Plan and Sheet A09.
Please redline the existing plan sheets or submit three copies of your updated site plan (one
being reduced size of 11 x 17 or smaller) and two sets of any updated sheets of the building
plans. Please make all submittals to a Permit Coordinator, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am
to 4:30 pm (8 am to 12 pm only on Wednesdays). If you have any questions, please contact
