Dear Mr. and Mrs. Barnsdale:
I have reviewed your July 10, 2013 resubmittal for the above building permit applicationfor the
Planning Division,and it was found that the following information, corrections, or clarifications
will need to be addressedbefore review can continue:
Shed and Concrete Pad:
1.In an email you sent to me on June 26, 2013, you referenced an
existing garden shed (approx.5’by 20’)and an existing concrete pad(approx.10’by 6’)
located near the southern property line. Please indicate these items on your site plan.
Additionally, the shed needs to be included in the lot coverage calculations,and both items
need to be included in the impervious surface calculations. Please includetheir years of
constructionas well so that the Engineering Division can verify compliance with
stormwater requirements.
Please submit three copies of your revised site plan (including one reduced copy) and two copies
of any revised building plan sheets to a Development Services Permit Coordinator. Our office
hours are Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm, and
Wednesdays between 8:00 amand noon.
