NEW SFR AT 1024 9T" AVENUE SOUTH
Dear Mr. Huri,
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division. Before I can
sign off on the permit, however, the following information needs to be clarified in a written
response and on updated plans as appropriate:
1. Height corners: The NW and SW height corners need to be moved slightly west to
enclose the entirety of the covered porch. Please update the height calculations on
the Site Plan and on the elevation drawings as appropriate.
2. New retaining wall on south: A note is included on the Site Plan regarding the new
south retaining wall. The note should reference 'original grade' instead of 'existing
grade'. Please show a top of wall elevation on the Site Plan so that can be compared
to the topography provided.
3. Shed: An existing shed is shown on the survey. If it is to be retained, please show that
feature on the Site Plan and relocate it to comply with the required setbacks for the
RS -10 zone. Also, include the shed in the structural lot coverage calculation.

Please submit three copies of your updated site plan (one being reduced size of 11 x 17 or
smaller) and two sets of any updated sheets of the building plans. Please make all
submittals to a Permit Coordinator, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (8 am to 12
