Dear Mr. Melchior,
I have reviewed the proposed revision to above building permit application for the Planning
Division. Before I can sign off on the permit, however, the following information needs to be
clarified in a written response and through the submission of updated plans:
Revised height calculations: As you know, there are substantial differences between
the height corner elevations and height calculations on the approved plans (August 5,
2013) and the proposed revision (August 19, 2014). Please add the 2' contour lines
from the Janris Park preliminary plat to the revised site plan and recalculate the
average grade, maximum allowed height, and proposed height as necessary. Update
the elevations as appropriate. The preliminary plat for Janris Park is enclosed.

Please submit three copies of your updated site plan (one being reduced size of 8 x 11) and
two sets of any updated sheets of the building plans. Please make all submittals to a Permit
