SW (SHORESHIRE LOT 3) Dear Applicant: I have reviewed your October 15, 2013 resubmittal for the above building permit applicationfor the Planning Division,and it was found that the following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressedbefore review can continue: Height Calculations: 1.Thank you for making the previously requested corrections to your height calculations. It was notedonthe resubmittal, however, that the proposed heightstated on the site plan (318.4’) is not consistent with the proposed height stated on the building elevations (317.4’). Please correct this discrepancy. Shoreshire Plat (File No. PLN20080043): 2.As was previously noted, staff cannot issue the requested building permit until final approval of the subject plat (File No. PLN20080043) has been granted and the plat has been recorded with Snohomish County.Once the plat is recorded, please make the following corrections to your site plan: a.Ensure that the lot dimensions are consistent with those shown on the recorded plat. Make any necessary revisions to the proposed setbacks to reflect any corrections to thelot dimensions. b.The lot area is not stated consistently on your site plan (it is stated within the lot itself andin the lot coverage calculations as 8,699 sq. ft., but is stated under the total lot area and area of disturbance as 8,913 sq. ft.). Once the plat is recorded, please update the lot area as shown in all four locations on the site plan to be consistent with the recorded plat. c.If necessary, update the lot coverage calculations so that the coverage is calculated as a percentage of the correct lot area. d.Update the Assessor’s parcel number on the site plan to be consistent with the parcel number assigned to the lot. Please submit three copies of yourrevised site plan (including one reduced copy) and two copies of any revised building plan sheetsto a Development Services Permit Coordinator.
