SW (SHORESHIRE LOT 3) Dear Applicant: I have reviewed your November 12, 2013 resubmittal for the above building permit applicationfor the Planning Division,and it was found that the following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressedbefore review can continue: Shoreshire Plat (File No. PLN20080043): 1.As was notedin the Planning Division’s comment letters sent on August 15thand October 31st,staff cannot issue the requested building permit until final approval of the subject plat (File No. PLN20080043) has been granted and the plat has been recorded with Snohomish County.Afterthe plat is recorded, please make sure that the following are correctly indicatedon the site plan: a.Ensure that the lot dimensions are consistent with those shown on the recorded plat. Make any necessary revisions to the proposed setbacks to reflect any corrections to the lot dimensions. b.Ensure that the lot area is consistent with that ofthe recorded plat. Make any necessary updates to thelot coverage calculations so that the coverage is calculated as a percentage of the netlot area. c.Update the Assessor’s parcel number on the site plan to be consistent with the parcel number assigned to the lot. After the plat is recorded andthe above comments have been addressed, please submit three copies of your revised site plan (including one reduced copy) and two copies of anyrevised building plan sheetsto a Development Services Permit Coordinator.
