The shape of the lot shown on the site plan still does not match the lot as it was created by the Pleasantvale plat in 1977, however. The enclosed aerial photo, marked up site plan, and highlighted plat show the approximate location of the property line relative to the former row of arborvitae that had been located near the west property line adjacent to 80th Ave. W. As you can see on the aerial, the trees (and now the fence) would appear to encroach into the right-of-way at the southwest extent of the parcel. If the parcel boundaries cannot be located or easily determined, an updated survey may be required in order to make sure the fence is located entirely on private property. Since this is a violation, please submit three copies of your updated site plan (one being reduced size of 8" x 11") and two sets of any updated sheets of the building plans by February 7, 2014. Also, please be sure to address the comments from the Engineering Division dated December 19. 2013 (enclosed).
