FENCE VIOLATION AT 20829 80TH AVE. W
Dear Mr. Zeigler,
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division. Before I can
sign off on the permit, however, the following information needs to be clarified in a written
response and on plans with changes called out:
1. Plot plan: The shape of the parcel on the plot plan does not agree with the shape that
is shown on the Pleasantvale plat of 1977 (enclosed). Lot 8 of Pleasantvale, the
subject lot, has a rounded corner at the southwest at the intersection of 80th Ave. W
and 209th St. SW. Please verify and update the plot plan accordingly. If any portion of
the fence is constructed within the public right-of-way, the Engineering Division may
require a separate permit for the fence or may require that the fence be relocated to
be completely on private property.

Please submit three copies of your updated site plan (one being reduced size of 8" x 11")
and two sets of any updated sheets of the building plans. Please make all submittals to a
Permit Coordinator, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (8:00 am to 12:00 pm only
