I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division. Before |can
sign off on the permit, however, the following information needs to be clarified in a written
Nonconforming wireless : The Harbor Building is 8 nonconforming wireless facility
because the support structure (building)isover height for the BDZzone. Please describe
how the two new proposed rooftop antenna sleds satisfy the requirements for
nonconforming wireless facilities in ECDC 17.40.020.J as identified in Ordinance #3691:
