Dear Christy,
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division. Before I can sign
off on the permit, however, the following information needs to be clarified in a written response
and on plans with changes called out:
1. Lot area: The lot area shown on the Site Plan is 13,298sf while the final plat for
Shoreshire shows 13,297sf. Please verify and revise as appropriate.
2. Flood hazard analysis: As the Hearing Examiner indicated in Condition #6 of the original
preliminary plat decision for PLN20080046 (and as updated by Minor Modification
request #1 dated December 12, 2012), a flood hazard study and assessment is required
for development on this parcel in accordance with ECDC 23.70.

Please submit three copies of your updated site plan (one being reduced size of 11 x 17 or
smaller) and two sets of any updated sheets of the building plans. Please make all submittals to
a Permit Coordinator, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (8:00 am to 12:00 pm only
