Before I can sign off on the permit, however, the following information needs to be clarified in a written response and through submittal of updated plans: 1. Critical area checklist: A search of city records indicates that a critical area checklist has not been done for the subject parcel. Please submit a completed critical area checklist and fee in person at the Development Services Department or online at: https:Hpermits.edmonds.wa.us/Citizen/Citizen_Home.aspx?CONID=PT- LIVE&CONNECTION=PERMIT. 2. Height calculations: Please submit height calculations for the proposal. Handout #1341 (Height Calculations) is available for reference here: http://www.edmondswa.gov/services/permits-development/handouts- forms/handouts-by-number.html. Include the appropriate information on an updated Site Plan as well as Elevations (Sheet A-2). 3. Structural lot coverage: Please provide a breakout of the structural lot coverage for the existing structure and proposed garage. Also calculate the total structural lot coverage as a percentage calculation of the lot area. ECDC 21.15.110 indicates that "[c]overage means the total ground coverage of all buildings or structures on a site measured from the outside of external walls or supporting members or from a point two and one-half feet in from the outside edge of a cantilevered roof, whichever covers the greatest area." Please submit three copies of your updated site plan and two sets of any updated sheets of the building plans.
