Dear Mr. Herr,
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division. Before I can
sign off on the permit, however, the following information needs to be clarified in a written
response and through submittal of updated plans:
1. Scale: The scale on the site plan says 1" = 20' but the features on the plan itself don't
all scale to that distance. Please verify and revise as necessary.
2. Setbacks: On the site plan, please highlight the required minimum setback lines as
required for Lot 24 on the approved Woodvale plat (PLN20070017) — it does not
appear that the setback is at a right angle near the northeast corner of the property.
Also, add the 'secondary street setback' note shown on Sheet 4 of the plat. Finally,
call out the distance to the front porch posts.
3. Height calculations: On the site plan, height corners C & D need to be moved to the
east several feet to fully enclose the front porch posts. Likewise, Point B needs to be
moved north about two feet. If the elevations of the corners changes, make any
updates to the height calculations on the site plan and elevation sheets as necessary.

Please submit three copies of your updated site plan and two sets of any updated sheets of
the building plans. Please make all submittals to a Permit Coordinator, Monday through
Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (8:00 am to 12:00 pm on Wednesdays only). If you have any
