RE: PLAN REVIEW COMMENTS FOR PLAN CHECK # 2014-1182
PLAYFIELDS AND FENCING AT FORMER WOODWAY HIGH SCHOOL
Dear Matt,
have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division. Before I can sign
off on the permit, however, the following information needs to be clarified in a written response
and through submittal of updated plans. As you know, this building permit cannot be issued until
decisions on the associated land use permits (PLN20140065-0067, PLN20150008-0009) have been
issued.
Fire comments: In his review of the associated land use permits, Fire Inspector John
Westfall had comments regarding striping and signage for the fire lane. Please address
those comments as part of this building permit as appropriate.
Parking: Please add the parking location and calculation information shown on revised
Sheet F-1.0 of the associated land use permits (submitted February 12) onto Sheet F-0.0
of the building plans.
Landscaping: Since a separate landscaping plan was not provided, please label the type
and size of the trees selected for west of the approach drive on Sheet F-1.0. Refer to
ECDC 20.13.015 for minimum tree size requirements; native species are preferred.
Indicate whether the trees will be in grated pits or otherwise.

Please submit three copies of your updated site plan and two sets of any updated sheets of the
building plans. Please make all submittals to a Permit Coordinator, Monday through Friday,
8:00 am to 4:30 pm (8:00 am to 12:00 pm on Wednesdays only). If you have any questions,
