The following is an itemized wr¡tten response which also indicates where the 'clouded' or otherwise highlighted changes can be found on the enclosed revised plans. General Due to the amount of retro anchors being installed in the original foundation, a third party inspector will be required as part of the project. Please see the Special lnspection form that has been included with the comments. This form will need to be filled out in its entirety prior to permit issuance. Response: The sÍgned "Special lnspectíon dnd Testing Agreement" form is enclosed with this resubmittal. The controctor and special inspector signatures dre delerred at this tÍme but will be signed just príor to permit issuance. 40.2 Energy Credits Option 4 from table R406.2 of the Washington State Energy code has been selected. Option 4 requires a maximum of 10 lineal feet of return, 5 feet of supply to be located outside the conditioned space and all ducts outs¡de the conditioned space must not have less than R-8 insulation. ln order to claim this credit the building permit drawings must spec¡fy the option, identify the equipment and indicate all the ductwork on the plans. Please indicate the required items of option 4 or choose another option from table R406.2. Response: Optíon 4- Hígh EflicÍency HVAC Dístrîbution System and Opt¡on 5ø- Ellicient Water Heating 5d (totdl of 7.5 poínts) on Toble 406.2 dre deleted. They dre repldced with Optíon 5c- ElfÍcient Water Hedtíng 5c (7.5 poínts); and wdter hedter equipment type and minimum equipment efficíency ìs noted. Refer to revised sheet A0.2. s1.0 1. The proposed foundation plan appears to indicate a "Ct2" footings in multiple locations, CF2 does not appear to have been included in the footing schedule. Please clarify and change on the plans. The proposed foundation plan indicates a "CF2" footing in multiple locations, A CF2 does not appear to have been included in the footing tables. Please clarify and change on the plans. Sheet SK-6 does not appear to have been included with this submittal. Please clarifo and change on the plans. The main floor framing plan indicates a J3 joist is to be used within gridlines E-F/ L-2.J3 does not appear to have been included in the provided tables. Please clarify and change on the plans.
