The Board of Directors at the Camelot Condominium located at 510 Forsyth Lane, Edmonds,
WA 98020, would like to have our contractor, T.M. Post Construction, replace the existing
individualdeck railing system, a totalof thirty (30), with the Crystal Lite deck rail system.
The most recent assessed value of our building was $6,901,000.00. The total cost of this
project, not including sales tax, will be Stt1,200.00, which is less than 5% of the total value of
the Camelot.
Please allow Tim Post to move forward with necessary permits, etc. lf there are other
