RE: PLAN REVIEW COMMENTS FOR PLAN CHECK # 2015-0010
VIOLATION — ENCLOSED CARPORT
Dear Ms. Meyer:
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division. Before I can
sign off on the permit, the following information needs to be clarified in a written response and
through the submittal of updated plans with changes called out:
1. Site plan scale: Please add a note that the site plan is not to scale. At the same time,
please add a north arrow.
2. Lot dimensions: The plat that created your lot shows the parcel to be 85' x 120.06'.
Please see the attached plat map (Lot 8) and update the appropriate distances on your
Site Plan.
3. West setback: Please label the distance from the west property line to the enclosed
carport; it appears to be 15' — please verify.
4. Show all structures: On the Site Plan, show and label all structures that currently exist
on the lot including fences, decks, out buildings, and the like. Indicate the square
footages of the house and carport as well as any decks and out buildings.

Please submit three copies of your updated site plan and two sets of any updated sheets of
the building plans. Please make all submittals to a Permit Coordinator, Monday through
Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (8:00 am to 12:00 pm on Wednesdays only). If you have any
