Dear Kayla,
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division. Before I can
sign off on the permits, however, the following information needs to be clarified in a written
response and through the submission of updated plans with changes called out.
1. North setback line: On Sheet SP -01, the north BSBL is shown as 7.5. The RS -8 zone
requires a 15' rear setback.
2. Height calculations: On Sheet Al, show the lines of 'average original grade' and
'maximum allowed height' as determined from the building height calculations on
Sheet SP -01.

Please submit three copies of your updated site plan (one being reduced size) and two sets
of any updated sheets of the building plans. Please make all submittals to a Permit
Coordinator, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (8 am to 12 pm only on
