RE: PLAN REVIEW COMMENTS FOR PLAN CHECK # 2015-0400

Dear Todd,
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division. Before I can
sign off on the permit, however, the following information needs to be clarified in a written
response and through submittal of updated plans:
1. Scale: The scale on the Site Plan is shown as 1" = 20' but it seems to be a little bit off
compared to the measured distances shown. Please verify and revise as necessary.
2. Patio/stoop: The building plans are showing a rear patio and column as well as a
concrete stoop at the man door off the mud room. Please show these features on the
Site Plan as well as the engineering drawings (Sheets C1 and C2).
3. Height calculations: Point D is shown as 89.69' on the plan but 86.89' in the
calculations. Please verify and make any corrections necessary to the height calcs on
the Site Plan and the lines of elevation shown on Sheet A6 of the building plans.

Please submit three copies of your updated site plan and two sets of any updated sheets of
the building plans. Please make all submittals to a Permit Coordinator, Monday through
Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (8:00 am to 12:00 pm on Wednesdays only). If you have any
