Dear Tom,
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division. Before I can
sign off on the permit, however, the following information needs to be clarified in a written
response and through submittal of updated plans with changes called out:
1. West dormer in setback: The 25' street setback from the property line at 98th Avenue
West extends nearly to the west edge of the existing porch. The proposed dormer to
the west of the existing porch would therefore be located within the required setback
area. Please revise and show/label all areas of proposed construction in the 'existing'
area on the site plan.
2. Height calculations: Please move the height rectangle corners for points A & D out
slightly to enclose the front porch posts. Make any adjustments necessary to the
height calculations on the site plan as well as the building plan elevation sheet (A2).

Please submit three copies of your updated site plan and two sets of any updated sheets of
the building plans. Please make all submittals to a Permit Coordinator, Monday through
