Dear Mr. Croft: I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division, and it was found that the following information is needed before review can continue: Height Calculations: Please indicate the location of the datum point used for the height calculations on your site plan. Also, please correct the actual building height elevation on the site plan to match the actual building height elevation shown on the building plans (sheet A3.00). Lot Coverage: Please provide a breakdown of how you arrived at the lot coverage total of 2,556 square feet. The site plan provides a house and garage square footage of 2,256. In addition to the house and garage, lot coverage includes the covered portions of the front porch and back patio, less 30 inches of eaves, and any other structures that would bring the total lot coverage to 2,556 square feet. Please Note: Additional comments from the Building Division and Engineering Division may require changes to the site plan or huilding plans. Any revisions should be completed once you have received comments from the other reviewing divisions. Please submit revised plans to a Development Services Permit Coordinator.
