Responses to Sheet 1 comments;
La. Revisions to plans showing accurate square footage have been made.
Lb. Square footage of office, restroom and rear circulation area have been noted as well
as square footage of Pilates area. Please use IBC LOO4.L.Z Exception where as the
building official may use an occupant load factor based on whom the occupied space is
designed. Please find Suite Equiptment and Use Layout to determine occupant load
attached with revised plans sheet 5.

Responses to sheet 2:
2. Bathroom details have been revised to provide more legible details.
3. As per IBC 1010.1.2 Exception 9 ln other than H occupancies, manually operated
horizontal sliding doors are permitted in a means of egress from spaces with an
occupant load of L0 or less. We meet these requirements. Doors will also comply with
L0L0.1.3.
4. Plans revised to reflect all door hardware to comply with IBC 1010.9.1 and be ADA '
compliant.
5. Separate restrooms are not required where the occupant load is 15 or less per
IBC 2902.2 Exception S2.
6. Drinking fountains are not required for occupancy loads 30 or less per IBC 29O2.5.L.

7. Revisions to plans have been made to reflect occupancy sensor switches in office
space.
