During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts referred to in these comments can be accessed at
our website: www.ci.edmonds.wa.us under City Government / Development Services Department /
Engineering Division then scroll down to Handouts:
1.4/23/08 Not done.Please provide drainage detail for retaining wall consistent with geotech engineering
report recommendations. (detail shall reflect page 8 of geotech report)
2.4/23/08 Correct note on plan to read “roof downspouts and footing drains of the house shall be
tightlined to discharge at the base of the slope on to a rock spall splash” Footing drains shall not be
connected to the existing storm system. Show on site plan proposed tightlines for downspouts and
footing drains and where the tightline will discharge per the geotech engineering report recommendations.
3.4/23/08 Not done. Show temporary erosion control measures on site plan and provide details consistent
with City of Edmonds standard details. These can be found on our website by following the instructions
above and scrolling to the bottom of the Handout list.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator. Please
