During review of the subject submittal it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications will need to be addressed:
1. The proposed new impervious surface exceeds 2000 square feet and as such meets the minimum criteria for
the onsite detention requirement. No ‘credits’ are given for the removal and replacement of the sports court with
the proposed driveway, because 1) that constitutes a change of use and is therefore new impervious surface; 2)
the proposed site plan indicates that there is also no present detention system with a capacity to claim a credit
against.
Please include an appropriately sized detention system on the site plan with your next drawing submission. A
handout for this purpose may be found at:

Please resubmit three copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator.
