During review of the subject submittal it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications will need to be addressed:
The proposed garage and gravel driveway has been approved. It is noted that any further development, no
matter how minimal, is likely to trigger the requirement for a detention system on the property, as post 1977
impervious surface is at 1,970 sf. The gravel driveway’s width has been increased to 10’ from the proposed 9.5
feet, adding 14 sf to the originally proposed 1,956 sf of impervious surface. It’s important to note that any
contractor field changes to the impervious surfaces may also trigger the requirement for a detention system
during the course of current construction. It’s therefore important that construction activities be monitored
closely.
Also be aware that future driveways will be required to be fully paved per an upcoming change in the City’s
Development Code.
