Planning Review 2. Geotech Report A letter dated 3rd July 2019 from the Geotechnical Engineer is att¿ched. This letter address the code requirements ECDC 23.80.050, ESDC 23.80.060 and ECDC 23.80.070. 4. Site Plal i. Datum point TBM are set on the Manhole Lids on l82nd Street and Homeview Drive and the PK nail in the street at the lot corner. A new bench mark will be set on the existing concrete floor slab when the house and driveway are staked by the surveyor ii Structural lot coverage is shown as8.2Yo on sheet 1. b. Height calculations have been revised on sheet 1. d. The top of the bank has been shown to show a setback of more than 20 feet on sheet 1. 5. Sheet Al The height calculation are shown corrected in sheet 1. 6. The Critical Area Notice to Title has been recorded at Snohomish County. Stormwater Engineer Comments 2. Report The Geotechnical engineer has reviewed and approved the new plans date 20th June 2019 anda copy of Nelson Geotechnical letter is attached. 3. The city trench detail is shown on sheet 6 for the existing garage rooftop drainage. Edmonds Comment Response letter - Permit # BLD 2018-1593 RMS Engineering 3. The area around the house will have soil amendment per BMP T5.13 rls per the same detail shown SD 642 shown on sheet 6. 13. The plan shows the regraded ditch in note 6 on sheet 3 shall be planted with imported grass sod to minimize erosion. Plans Examiner comments ( Eric Carter ) The new plans signed on 20th June 2019 have been reviewed and approved by the Geotechnical Engineer as noted in their 3rd July 2019 enclosed letter. This wall is less than 7.5 feet high as noted in the signed 20th June 2019 plans. It details and the bottom and top of the proposed driveway wall are shown on sheet 4. Engineering Technician comments ( JoAnne Zulauf ) A new readable copy of the plan showing the assessors requirements has be resubmitted. The top and toe of the proposed driveway wall are shown on this resubmittal on sheet 4 of the 20th June 2019 plans enclosures: 2 copies of sheet I ,2 3,4,5 and 6 of the updates and signed plans dated 20th June 20t9 A letter dated 3rd July 2019 from Nelson Geotechnical Engineering is attached.
