Thank you for addressing my comments of April 25 and June 29. After reviewing the updated materials, I have some additional comments: 1. Geotechnical setback: In Mr. Free's June 27 geotechnical memo, he recommends that a 15' setback from the top of the slope be implemented. Please show and label that setback line on Sheets A1.0 and C1. Verify that the house is being located to comply with his recommendation on page 2 that "(t)he new construction footprint has been updated since our initial report so that no footing is closer than 15 feet from the top of slope." Also, please verify that the proposed civil construction plans satisfy the recommendations identified on page 3, paragraph 2. Driveway wall: A retaining wall is shown supporting the driveway north of the house on Sheets A1.0 and C1. While the numbers are small and difficult to read on Sheet C1, it appears that portions of the wall may be greater than 3' above original grade where located within the required setback. For example, the topos near the western end of the driveway show 395' but the top of the wall appears to be about 400'. On Sheet A1.0, please add the original grade and top of wall elevations at 5' intervals along the wall where it is located within the north 7.5' side setback area.
