During review of the plans for the above noted project, it was found that the following information,
clarifications or changes are needed. Please provide written responses as to where the changes can
be found on the plans, and submit revised plans/documents to a Permit Coordinator.
1.The city has a policy that when more than 75% of the existing building is demolished, then the
building is required to be brought up to new building standards, including stormwater and other
engineering and land use standards. Attached is a form that can be used to identify what portion
of the building will remain and the valuation thereof.
2.The architect of record is required by state law to stamp and sign plans submitted to the city.
3.Window C to be reused is within two feet of the door and is requied to be safety glazed.
