Hi Rob,
I have reviewed this building permit application for the Planning Division. The following
information needs to be clarified in a cover letter and through submittal of updated documents
and plans with changed called out:
1. Lot area: The County Assessor shows the lot area as 7,840 sf while it's shown as 7,430
sf on the Site Plan and Drainage Plan. It's shown as 7,130 sf on Sheet P1. Please verify
and update as necessary. Update the lot coverage calculations as needed.
2. Height corners: On the Site Plan, move height corners C & D in to the edge of the
south wall as is shown on Sheet P1.
3. Covered porches: On the Site Plan, verify that the dotted areas that are proposed to
encroach into the required setback areas are roof eaves. Label as appropriate.
