SUNROOM REMODEL AND DRIVEWAY RECONFIGURATION AT 17126 TALBOT ROAD
Dear Steven,
I have again reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division. Before I
can sign off on the permit, the following information needs to be clarified in a written response
and through submittal of updated plans with changes called out:
1. Scale: On the Site Plan, change the scale to 1":20'.
2. Street property line: On the Site Plan, show the street property line as determined
from the two surveys you referenced in your letter of September 17.
Driveway retaining wall: Attachment D (SW Elevation) describes a "new 3' concrete
retaining wall containing the driveway." The wall in section scales to more than 4'.
Per code, retaining walls cannot be more than 3' above original grade where located
within a required setback area — please verify and update Attachment D as necessary.
